Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, or related discipline
• 5–8 years of experience managing office or infrastructure setup projects in a multi-site or international organization
• Experience with space planning, compliance, and procurement
• Familiarity with building regulations and vendor management
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of non-production facility activities
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to define site-specific requirements
• Develop facility concepts reflecting ICEYE’s standards
• Oversee architectural and technical planning
• Manage procurement of furnishings and technical installations
• Ensure compliance with safety, sustainability, and accessibility standards
• Collaborate with regional leadership and external service providers
