- 7+ years in aerospace, defense, or high-reliability manufacturing
- Knowledge of inspection methods and quality standards (ISO 9001, AS9100)
- Experience with engineering drawings and measurement systems
- Leadership and mentoring skills
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma methodologies
- Fluent in English
