Requirements

• Relevant education in sports, health, or wellbeing
• Experience in physical activity guidance or health promotion
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and develop services
• Digital skills and willingness to work across two municipalities

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and remote physical activity guidance
• Assess clients and create personalized activity plans
• Monitor progress and refer to services
• Develop and improve service pathways in collaboration with partners
• Participate in outreach and digital service delivery
