Job Description
We're looking for a DeFi Growth Lead who is a strategist, executor, and Web3 native. The role involves developing marketing strategies, leading campaign execution, defining messaging, tracking KPIs, managing budgets, driving community engagement, and collaborating with partners. The ideal candidate has 5-8 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in crypto or Web3, proficiency in analytics tools like Dune and Nansen, and bilingual in English and Mandarin. Bonus points for experience with self-custody wallets, Trust Wallet's ecosystem, or top-tier exchanges.

Responsibilities
- Develop marketing strategies for acquisition, retention, and brand
- Lead campaign execution across channels
- Define messaging for new features and segments
- Track and report KPIs like DAUs, installs, retention, ROAS
- Manage budgets for efficiency and ROI
- Drive community engagement on Discord, Telegram, X
- Activate KOL/influencer partnerships
- Collaborate on co-marketing campaigns
- Shape go-to-market plans with Product
- Create high-quality creative content
Requirements
- 5–8 years of marketing experience
- At least 3 years in crypto, DeFi, or Web3 company
- Proficient in analytics tools like Dune, Nansen, Amplitude, AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin
