Job Description

The role involves identifying improvement opportunities within the site or across business units, removing organizational barriers for continuous improvement, driving layout and flow process improvements, sharing best practices, and using Value Stream Mapping to measure progress. The candidate will develop expertise in Lean Sigma, analyze projects to eliminate non-value-added activities, motivate change, and mentor others in Lean/Sigma principles. Requires 5 years manufacturing experience, leadership skills, project management, and strong communication.
