Job Description
As a SAP FI-AP Consultant at BASF Coatings Española S.L., you will define and select technically optimal implementations of FI and AP processes, focusing initially on a global invoice processing project. You will take technical responsibility for interfaces with satellite systems, collaborate closely with Global and Regional Process Owners and digitalization teams in Controlling and Finance, contribute to the design of a future independent FI and AP architecture model, and implement quality standards. Your role includes designing and implementing SAP solutions, including customizing, development, and integration in existing system landscapes, working closely with technical implementation partners. You will also provide second-level support to Application Managed Services, analyzing critical incidents in the productive system.

Responsibilities
- Define or select technically optimal implementation of FI and AP processes focusing on a global invoice processing project
- Take technical responsibility for interfaces with satellite systems
- Collaborate closely with Global and Regional Process Owners and digitalization teams in Controlling and Finance
- Contribute to the design of future independent FI and AP architecture model and implement quality standards
- Design and implement SAP solutions including customizing, development, and integration in existing system landscapes
- Provide second-level support to Application Managed Services analyzing critical incidents in the productive system
Requirements
- University degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science or Business Administration with IT focus
- Deep knowledge of IT landscapes, especially customization and programming in SAP (S/4HANA) FI & CO modules
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role using methods and tools for interface description and data architecture
- Experience in global IT projects is valued
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English
- Analytical skills and teamwork orientation to achieve optimal results with internal and external partners
