Responsibilities
- Planning, implementation, and evaluation of rehabilitative care for elderly clients
- Guiding staff including practical nurses, care assistants, and care workers
- Collaborating with doctors and maintaining contact with families
- Working mainly morning shifts with occasional evening and weekend shifts
- Working in communal living environments including 24-hour care
Requirements
- Good oral and written skills in Finnish and Swedish
- Experience in elderly residential services and dementia care
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions
- Empathetic and development-oriented approach
- Willingness to supervise students and new employees
