Job Description
Remy is building the digital infrastructure for modern food commerce. We help major grocery retailers improve the end-user experience by providing tools to buy smart, while growing retailer profitability by minimizing food waste. We need someone to own our core stack: managing AWS and Supabase infrastructure, building headless, API-first architecture for multi-tenant SaaS and single-tenant clouds for enterprise clients, powering white-label applications. This is a founding team role with emphasis on growth and learning. Responsibilities include managing cloud infrastructure, designing and maintaining APIs, leveraging AI for development, shipping enterprise features, rapid prototyping, joining the leadership team, and growing into management if desired.

Job Details
Responsibilities
- Manage cloud infrastructure across AWS and Supabase
- Design and maintain APIs including versioning, authentication, rate limiting, and third-party integrations
- Leverage AI tools for development
- Ship enterprise features such as multi-tenancy, white-label applications, headless architecture, real-time data pipelines, webhook systems
- Rapid prototyping using Supabase, FlutterFlow, n8n, Retool
- Join leadership team to shape product, architecture, and technical strategy
- Opportunity to grow into management or principal engineer roles
Requirements
- PostgreSQL expertise: query optimization, indexing, database design, RLS
- Solid foundation in Node.js, Express/NestJS
- Experience managing cloud infrastructure and deployments
- Experience building APIs, handling authentication, versioning, and integrations
- Experience building LLM-powered applications or AI agents
- Active use of AI coding tools
- Startup mindset: scrappy, pragmatic, comfortable with ambiguity
- Proven builder with shipped projects
- Fluent English
