Requirements

• University or applied sciences student
• Relevant field (engineering, business, IT)
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Familiarity with IT systems (M-Files is a plus)
• Experience with AI tools (advantage)
• Organized and eager to learn
• Good communication skills
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Support project teams in managing agreements and documentation
• Assist in project reporting and scheduling
• Help ensure project stays on schedule and within budget
• Participate in customer communication and documentation tasks
