Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in transportation, logistics, or freight management
- Proven experience in carrier performance management, RFQ execution, and contract administration
- Strong ownership and accountability
- Experience with KPI dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker Studio)
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
- Experience with ERP/TMS systems (e.g., SAP, LN, nShift, OTM)
- Fluent English skills
Responsibilities
- Lead global and regional Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
- Support site and area performance reviews
- Use KPI insights to identify and drive improvement actions
- Plan and execute RFQs and contract renewals
- Manage carrier contracts and compliance
- Oversee rate card management and communication
- Define and maintain SOPs for transportation
- Contribute to global transportation strategy
