Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in transportation, logistics, or freight management
  • Proven experience in carrier performance management, RFQ execution, and contract administration
  • Strong ownership and accountability
  • Experience with KPI dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker Studio)
  • Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
  • Experience with ERP/TMS systems (e.g., SAP, LN, nShift, OTM)
  • Fluent English skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead global and regional Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
  • Support site and area performance reviews
  • Use KPI insights to identify and drive improvement actions
  • Plan and execute RFQs and contract renewals
  • Manage carrier contracts and compliance
  • Oversee rate card management and communication
  • Define and maintain SOPs for transportation
  • Contribute to global transportation strategy
