Job Description
Supercell is seeking an experienced App Store Optimization (ASO) Lead for a 13-month fixed-term contract. You will lead and evolve our established ASO practice across our portfolio of live and upcoming games. Your responsibilities include owning global ASO performance, optimizing store presence on platforms like App Store and Google Play, and driving organic growth through data-driven experimentation. You will manage and develop the ASO team, oversee keyword and metadata strategies across multiple languages, and partner with creative teams to produce high-impact store assets. The role is based in Helsinki, London, or remote, with regular travel expected. Candidates should have at least 7 years of ASO experience, a proven track record of growth, leadership skills, and proficiency with ASO tools and KPIs.
