Join us in building a better working life. Two summer trainees are sought for Ilmarinen's support functions in data analysis or technical mathematics. Tasks include data value addition, report development, data processing, analysis, forecasting, automation, and data management using tools like SQL, Python, BigQuery, PowerBI, and Excel. The role involves developing daily management reports and improving process insights. The team consists of 25 data and math experts focusing on data solutions, calculations, and analytics. Work is based in Helsinki with part-time remote options, lasting 3-4 months from May to August. Candidates should be solution-oriented, analytical, motivated to learn, and proficient in SQL, with knowledge of Power BI, modern data platforms, or AI as a plus. Finnish and English skills are required. Preferably studying mathematics, production economics, statistics, computer science, AI, or data analysis, with previous relevant experience advantageous.
