Responsibilities

  • Own the GSI strategy across EMEA with a clear partner prioritization framework, engagement model, KPIs, and operating rhythm.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic services partners.
  • Map and develop relationships with partner leadership and teams.
  • Stand up repeatable engagement frameworks including joint business planning.
  • Drive lighthouse partnerships with Tier-1 GSIs.
  • Build and execute joint go-to-market strategies.
  • Stand up repeatable co-sell execution.
  • Build and grow partner-sourced pipeline.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing.
  • Lead strategic pursuits.
  • Onboard GSIs and drive enablement.
  • Develop scalable partner resources.
  • Support partners in building services.
  • Enable teams with partner playbooks.
  • Track and report partner metrics.
  • Collect feedback and improve programs.
  • Act as voice of the partner.
  • Help scale the partner ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 10+ years SaaS partnerships experience
  • Experience with GSI partnership motion
  • Enterprise deal experience in €100K–€500K+ range
  • Technical fluency in APIs, integrations, AI workflows
  • Strong stakeholder and program management skills
