Rinnekodit offers a supportive work environment focused on the holistic well-being of employees. The Silta unit, opened in December 2022, provides supported housing based on the 'Housing First' principle, serving residents with mental health and/or substance abuse challenges who have experienced homelessness. The unit promotes independent living and well-being through multidisciplinary teamwork. The role involves assessing residents' care needs, motivating and engaging them in treatment, and collaborating with healthcare providers. Experience in substance abuse, mental health, or 'Housing First' work is preferred.
