We are urgently seeking a Logistics Coordinator for a fixed-term contract. The role involves diverse logistics tasks ensuring smooth product flow from production to end customers, including export documentation and invoicing, mainly focusing on domestic invoicing. You will collaborate with various teams and subsidiaries. - Prepare export documents and handle invoicing processes
- Collaborate with other teams and transport partners
- Manage operational invoicing processes mainly for domestic invoicing
- Work closely with headquarters and subsidiaries
- Support smooth product flow from production to end customers
Requirements
- Relevant education in logistics or commercial field
- Experience in logistics and invoicing processes
- Good ability to learn new information quickly
- Accuracy and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Good IT skills and ability to learn new systems
- Good oral and written skills in Finnish and English
