- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration
- 5+ years of project leadership experience in heavy machinery, automotive, or consulting
- PMP or IPMA certification
- Lean Six Sigma (Yellow, Green, Black Belt)
- Experience with project tools like Smartsheets and Google Drive
- Willingness to travel internationally
