ABOUT YOUR ROLE 职位描述:带领产品工程师小组，负责与前端部门与客户需求的对接，新产品的审核，测试，打稿, 产品更改与工艺改善, 产品技术资料的整理,新产品项目的管理，对生产线提供技术与工艺支持。YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE 工作职责:1）产品工艺：负责与前端部门与客户需求的对接，新产品的审核，测试，打稿, 产品更改与工艺改善, 产品技术资料的整理；制订与测试新产品与工艺路线，促成产品打稿的最终落地与交付； 2）团队管理：带领产品工程师小组，完成团队指标与任务，指导/培训初级工程师，输出技术标准，最佳实践，提升团队整体能力； 3）项目管理：项目结果与收益为导向，制订项目计划与任务，管理项目进度，把控风险，监控并追踪项目落地，重视团队合作，推动产品工艺与生产改善项目，以及关键新产品开发项目 职位要求: - 大学本科毕业，理工科基础（印刷工程/包装材料等相关专业）； - 具有产品/工艺工程师经验；熟悉印刷工程/包装材料行业优先； - 熟悉基础印刷工艺特点，具备颜色管理的理论体系理论并能应用于实践生产，解决颜色工艺等相关问题； - 英语读写熟练，至少四级以上； - 熟悉Word和Excel以及生产电脑系统的流程和使用； - 不少于5年的相关技术/产品/工艺工作经验； - 能承受快节奏的工作压力； -细心, 负责，具有钻研精神，具快速的学习能力和适应环境的能力； -观察力强，强烈的改进意识； -跨部门合作与沟通能力； -积极主动解决问题的态度。

- Coordinate with frontend departments and customer requirements for new product review, testing, prototyping, product changes, and process improvements
- Organize and maintain product technical documentation
- Develop and test new products and process routes to ensure final prototyping and delivery
- Lead product engineer team to achieve team goals and tasks
- Guide and train junior engineers, output technical standards and best practices to improve team capabilities
- Manage projects with focus on results and benefits, plan and assign tasks, manage progress, control risks, monitor and track project delivery
- Promote teamwork and drive product process and production improvement projects, as well as key new product development projects
Vaatimukset
- Bachelor's degree in science or engineering (Printing Engineering/Packaging Materials or related fields)
- Experience as a product/process engineer; familiarity with printing engineering/packaging materials preferred
- Knowledge of basic printing processes and color management theory applied in production
- Proficient English reading and writing, at least CET-4 level
- Familiar with Word, Excel, and production computer systems
- Ability to work under fast-paced pressure
- Detail-oriented, responsible, with a spirit of inquiry and quick learning and adaptability
- Strong observation skills and strong improvement awareness
- Cross-departmental collaboration and communication skills
- Proactive problem-solving attitude
