Skeleton's Production Department is looking for a drivenProduction Manager (m/f/x)with the vision to match our ambition!Your tasks in the net zero journey:Ensure our Markranstädt factory can produce according to targets.Supervise and lead the Production team to achieve production goals.Ensure deliveries meet quality requirements and deadlines.Report on the performance of manufacturing operations.Oversee machine preparation, cleaning, and maintenance by your team.Ensure manufacturing resources (tools, materials, personnel) are sufficient and properly allocated.Plan maintenance and repairs together with the maintenance team.Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.Ensure proper documentation for all machines (e.g., standard work instructions).Document all trial and production runs accurately.Provide manufacturing feedback to development teams to improve product manufacturability.Work with quality teams to improve product and process performance.RequirementsMinimum 3 years of Production / Manufacturing management experience.Knowledge of operation management in a 3 shift operation.Background in the electronics, automotive industry or automatic high production volume lines.LEAN management experience is considered an advantage.Excellent written and verbal English skills; German language skills are a strong advantage.You have a hands-on mentality.You are a thorough and independent worker who can easily translate your line of thoughts to instructions.Excellent communication skills.A low hierarchical approach to management & focus on team-driven results.Benefits We offer flexible working hours and sufficient freedom for your own ideas.
