Job Description
Jyväskylä Rheumatism Association is seeking a part-time secretary / office assistant starting August 3rd. The association's office hours are Mon 10 am - 2 pm and Wed 12 pm - 4 pm. The duties of the secretary and office assistant include: Customer service, Managing financial transactions, Organizing purchase and sales receipts for accounting, Invoicing, Maintaining member register, Preparing notices, Drafting minutes of meetings, Updating the website and other communications, Preparing contracts, applications, and employment certificates, Product sales, Maintaining the overall appearance of the premises. Requirements from the applicant: Customer service orientation, Good IT skills, Archiving ability, Relevant education for the task, Relevant work experience for the task. Additional advantages: Knowledge of association activities, Understanding of accounting, Dexterity, Appreciation for elderly individuals.
