MIG/MAG-hitsaaja, Salon alue - Wellpack Oy - Salo, Finland

We are seeking a MIG/MAG welder for our client company for a long-term position in the Salon area. The company specializes in steel structures and transforms clients' ideas into finished products from design to assembly and delivery. In this role, you will work with large metal products. The work is performed in a clean and safe industrial environment in two shifts from Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. You will have access to high-quality tools and receive good orientation to the company's products and procedures. If you are relocating from another city, we can assist with accommodation arrangements. A welding test at the client's premises is part of the recruitment process. Previous experience in MIG or MAG welding, Finnish or English language skills, ability to work in a team, motivation for long-term employment, and ability to read drawings are expected. Additional experience in heavy equipment and thick material welding is a plus. The employment is a fixed-term contract with potential for permanent employment, with a stable, long-term position in a reputable metal industry company. The hourly wage is based on experience and skills, aligned with the technology industry collective agreement.
