About the role We are looking for proactive DBT Developers to support our client, a global leader in its industry, currently undergoing a massive digital and data transformation. In this role, you will play a key part in the Digital Hub in Finance division, working on a core strategic project to establish a modern, cutting-edge data platform built on Azure, Snowflake, and Data Lake architectures. The project already has a robust, tightly structured framework built by external Project Managers. Your mission will be to identify data, migrate it to the Data Lake, and transform raw data into a clean, harmonized, and highly usable format for business intelligence and end-users. We are hiring for two distinct seniority levels: - Senior / Team Lead: Responsible for leading the technical execution, guiding other team members, and taking true ownership of delivery. Ideal for someone with 4–5 years of experience who has the strong drive and capability to lead others. - Junior-Medior: Focused on hands-on ETL processes, Snowflake migrations, and data modeling. Ideal for someone growing their career who wants exposure to complex, large-scale enterprise environments. Work tasks - Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines and data migrations into Snowflake using DBT. - Perform comprehensive data modeling to ensure diverse source systems are successfully standardized and unified. - Contribute to data management, data quality processes, and the documentation of data products (including building data catalogs). - Coordinate review cycles with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into unified data structures. - For the Lead role: Manage, support, and steer the daily technical tasks of the development team. We are looking for - Relevant educational background (e.g., Computer Science, Data Engineering, Business Information Systems). - Proven hands-on experience with DBT (Data Build Tool) and data modeling. - Solid understanding of cloud data architectures, specifically Snowflake and Azure environments. - Strong business acumen or experience working with complex enterprise data structures in a large corporate setting. - Fluent professional English (written and spoken) is a strict requirement, as it is the official team language. - For the Lead role: Strong interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and a genuine interest or experience in leading/mentoring people.
