Mental Health Support Worker - Treili Oy - Helsinki, Finland

Treili Oy, a social enterprise operating in Pirkanmaa and Meri-Lappi, is seeking a support worker for a fixed-term position at Ramppi in Tampere. Ramppi is a 24/7 residential unit for young adults (approx. 18-35 years) with mental health and substance abuse issues, located in Tampere's Kaakinmaa. The role involves supporting clients in building meaningful daily routines, assisting with daily tasks, nutrition, and medication management. The team includes trained professionals such as practical nurses, nurses, and social workers. The support worker will be present during night shifts and participate in a broader team including a peer support group and staff surveys. Requirements include social and health care education, customer-oriented approach, flexibility, teamwork skills, medication training, first aid, hygiene pass, and compliance with health regulations. The role offers monthly salary from €2,415.76 to €2,612.33, increasing to €2,493.06 to €2,719.93 from September 1, 2026, with three-shift work scheduled for six weeks at a time.
