Job Description

If you answered yes, keep reading. Our growth is continuous, and we are now seeking a technical property maintenance technician for a permanent position in our property services. As a technical property maintenance technician, you will work at the customer interface handling maintenance, repairs, and servicing tasks at our client sites. Your duties include daily property upkeep, responding to service requests, monthly testing of technical systems, and active use of building automation. You will act as the team’s lead or key person and support the management closely. Working hours are weekdays from 7:00 to 16:00. The role involves acting as the team’s lead or key person. Our property services cover technical maintenance and repair tasks for shopping centers, hotels, and office buildings. We are responsible for ensuring the technical functionality and energy efficiency of our client properties, as well as providing comfortable conditions for end-users. We expect applicants to have: - A professional qualification in property maintenance or equivalent technical skills such as electrical or HVAC qualification - At least two years of experience in similar roles - Experience with building automation systems - Valid safety and fire safety certificates - A valid B driver’s license - Good communication and teamwork skills You have good interpersonal skills and can stay calm under pressure. You are accustomed to working independently and planning, organizing, and managing your activities. Customer service orientation is a natural part of your approach.
