Job Description

Responsibilities
- Safeguard the labelling process to ensure products meet quality and safety requirements.
- Work closely with production and category R&D teams to improve manufacturing procedures and products according to current and future legal requirements.
- Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of 'back of pack' ingredient declarations, nutritional information, and claims based on recipes and master data.
- Verify raw material specifications and product labels to ensure compliance with food legislation.
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and customers.
- Support process improvements and identify opportunities for innovation in labelling and compliance management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in Operations, Regulatory, or Quality environments, working closely with food legislation and labelling
- Experience within the FMCG sector and food manufacturing is a plus
- Understanding of regulatory, quality, and supply chain aspects of labelling and the impact of non-compliance
- Familiarity with EU food labelling legislation and processes
