Home Care Service Helmi & Heikki Ltd offers home and cleaning services as well as home care in the Pori area and nearby municipalities. Our clients are of all ages, from families with children to the elderly. We are looking for at least one energetic and proactive employee for our small team to join our growing company. The main duties depend on the applicant's skills, but there are opportunities in both cleaning and caregiving, with a particular focus on clients with disabilities, mainly children. Cleaning work is almost exclusively during weekdays daytime hours between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Evening and weekend shifts are minimal and can be arranged separately according to each employee's availability. Care duties are scheduled based on the client's needs, including morning and evening shifts, with regular weekend shifts also available. A driving license and a personal car are essential, as distances between clients can be long, and we cannot restrict employees to work only with public transportation! Experience in cleaning and home services is a significant plus, but we will train you before starting. Currently, there is a high demand for employees with healthcare training, valid medication permits, and possibly experience or interest in working with clients with disabilities. Our pay is based on the collective agreement for the property services sector, with an hourly rate currently between €13-€15 depending on experience and education. We also consider experience and education in related fields. For practical nurses, we follow the private social services sector collective agreement.
