Red Team Operator

We are seeking an Expert in Red Teaming with deep cyber security knowledge to support the Offensive Testing team within Cyber Security. You will work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to protecting the bank. Responsibilities include participating in Red Team exercises (TLPT and TIBER), overseeing external vendors, coordinating with Blue Team, and driving purple teaming engagements. You will prepare, execute, and report on offensive security projects such as Security Control Testing, War Gaming, and Attack Path Mapping, and serve as a subject matter expert in Offensive Security. Qualifications: 3+ years of professional experience with hands-on Red and Purple Team exercises, penetration testing, experience with Command and Control tools, exploit development, fuzzing, breach attack simulations; familiarity with regulatory Red Teaming (e.g., TIBER, CBEST, iCAST, FEER, AASE) and MITRE ATT&CK; strong Windows and Linux knowledge; networking; scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell, Perl) and programming (C/C++, Java, C#); excellent English communication.
