AALTOVOIMA - POWER OF THE WAVE We are looking for a passionate, independent, and charismatic Head Chef for our client’s unique experiential restaurant destination in Rovaniemi for the upcoming winter season (starting in October). In this role, you will not only prepare food but also create unforgettable experiences for international guests around an open fire. As a full-time Head Chef, you will take the lead in the kitchen. You will have the opportunity to implement your vision from menu planning, as well as handle raw material procurement and shift scheduling. Since you work closely in front of customers, storytelling and people skills are important. Key responsibilities: * Daily management and independent operation of the kitchen. * Menu design respecting Lapland’s food culture. * Raw material orders, self-monitoring, and shift planning. * Creating experiential dishes over open fire in front of international guests.
