Product Partner Manager, Shopify Payments - Shopify - Remote - Global

Join the Product Partnerships team at Shopify and become a catalyst in the fintech and payments revolution. This role involves partnering with product, sales, operations, finance, legal, and marketing teams to innovate new product features and streamline user experiences with our most strategic partners. Think acquirers, banks, fintechs, PSPs, and gateways. Your expertise will shape the future of Shopify's Payments Product areas and our Payments Platform ecosystem. Responsibilities include developing insights into the payments ecosystem, managing merchant services products, building relationships with fintech/payment giants, owning deal processes, collaborating on co-marketing campaigns, and navigating contract negotiations. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in fintech, commerce, or financial services partnerships, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders remotely.
