Independent sales partner for new customer acquisition in the mining industry - Nextstaff Oy - Espoo, Finland

We are a growing personnel leasing company expanding into the mining industry. We are now seeking an independent entrepreneur to handle new customer acquisition and build customer relationships in the mining and heavy industry sectors. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop new business, influence your own earnings directly, and participate in developing a service model for a new industry. You will succeed in this role if you: Actively acquire new customers from the mining industry and related subcontracting chains, build and maintain long-term customer relationships, identify customer staffing needs and deliver solutions together with our team, operate entrepreneurially and independently, but with support from our organization. We expect from you: Entrepreneurial background or readiness to operate as a light entrepreneur / through a company, experience in B2B sales, preferably in the industrial, construction, or mining sectors, good communication and negotiation skills, initiative, goal-orientedness, and ability to see tasks through, fluent Finnish language skills (English skills are considered an advantage).
