Are you the salesperson we are looking for? Do you enjoy customer service, the daily routine of retail, and an international environment? Santa Claus Holiday Village Oy is looking for cheerful salespeople for Santa's Foodmarket in Rovaniemi. Your duties will consist of diverse retail tasks, and you will play an important role in ensuring that customers receive friendly, smooth, and high-quality service during every visit. You will be responsible for customer service at the checkout and in the store, helping customers choose products and ensuring that transactions proceed in a friendly and efficient manner. You will work in both Finnish and English in an international customer environment. Your daily work includes shelving, product display, restocking the warehouse, and taking care of the store's cleanliness and coziness. You play a key role in creating a positive first impression and an overall customer experience. The employment begins by agreement in early November and continues until the end of March 2027. Working hours available are 90 h / 3 weeks. Work is performed during varying hours – also evenings, weekends, and public holidays during the busiest times of the season. The terms of employment follow the retail sector collective agreement. The employment contract is concluded between Bondata and the employee.
