We are looking for skilled machinists for our client companies in Pirkanmaa for permanent and long-term positions. The roles include a variety of tasks in CNC machining and manual machining, so you can be an expert in modern Mazak, Siemens, and Heidenhain controls or an experienced manual machinist. Your tasks may include operating CNC machines (e.g., Mazak 3-axis milling machine, horizontal lathe, 5-axis machining center), creating and modifying programs (Mazatrol, Mastercam, CAD/CAM), setting up and fixturing, tool corrections, measurements, quality assurance, small batch machining, handling heavier parts, or manual machining tasks such as grinding bevels, threading, deburring, and other manual machining work. The work is mainly shift work (23 shifts), depending on the task. Requirements for CNC machinist role: - Vocational training and some experience with machining centers - Knowledge of Mazak, Siemens, and/or Heidenhain controls - CAD/CAM skills (e.g., Mastercam) - Experience with setups, tool corrections, and measurements - Ability to read technical drawings - Precise and proactive work attitude - Willingness to work in shifts Requirements for manual machinist role: - Previous experience in manual machining - Ability to read drawings - Good physical condition and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and in a team We offer: - Permanent and long-term employment - Salary at least according to collective agreement, approximately €13.18/hour depending on experience - Opportunities for professional development and advancement - Modern and versatile work environment - Friendly, encouraging, and skilled team Your tasks will be based on your skills.
