Job Description
Autorekry Oy, Finland's first and only automotive recruitment specialist, is looking for an active and automotive-interested recruitment consultant to support our growth. The role involves active new customer acquisition, developing existing client relationships, consulting on personnel needs, and managing recruitment and headhunting assignments independently with team support. The candidate should have experience in the automotive sector, sales, and recruitment, with strong communication skills and the ability to build trust. The role requires travel across Finland, fluent Finnish and good English skills, and a genuine interest in the automotive industry.
