Learn more about us on our website. We are now looking for a new team member for our PK-seutu team focused on international ERP clients, in the role of Senior Advisor! We are seeking an experienced financial management professional to join our growing team. Our team specializes in managing the financial administration of large, international, and group clients using ERP software. In the Advisor role, you will independently and collaboratively provide a variety of financial management services and consulting to our client companies related to accounting, financial reporting, financial statements, development of financial processes, and taxation. You will work closely with clients and offer your expertise to support their success. This position allows you to develop and expand your skills working with large and international clients. You will always have the support of a professional and cheerful team, as well as the entire Rantalainen expert network. We prioritize up-to-date expertise in financial management by offering diverse training and development opportunities. Through internal career paths, you can also advance to senior specialist or managerial roles. Our team is based in a comfortable office in Kaivokselta, but you can also work remotely or from other Rantalainen locations, according to your preferences. We hope you can be present at our PK-seutu offices at least once a week. The role includes occasional client visits and working on-site at client premises. What do we expect from you? We hope you have several years of experience in financial management tasks. Since our clients’ financial management is handled using ERP systems, experience with various ERP environments and large company financial processes and month-end closing is desired. Strong skills in financial statements and experience with international companies are considered an advantage. Additionally, good teamwork and customer service skills, along with an active approach to work, are important. You genuinely want to serve clients well and enjoy working in collaboration with them. Fluency in Finnish and English is required; knowledge of Swedish and other languages is an advantage. A KLT qualification is also an advantage, but if you do not yet have it, we support you in obtaining it and reward completion of the qualification.
