Experienced property maintenance professional for the Haaga area in Helsinki. We are seeking an experienced property caretaker for our client in the Haaga area. The tasks vary, but mainly involve traditional property maintenance tasks within residential buildings during daytime hours. Responsibilities include both outdoor and indoor work, such as replacing faucets, light bulbs, and filters, fixing water leaks, and depending on the season, snow removal, lawn mowing, and leaf blowing with trash collection. The more comprehensive your experience with various property maintenance tasks, the more likely you are the person we are looking for for a long-term position. Work begins when the suitable candidate is found, and there are long-term opportunities. The employment starts as a temporary agency contract, but there is an excellent chance to establish a permanent position with our client company. If you possess the following, you might be the person we are looking for: * At least two years of experience in property maintenance work – we are looking for a professional who handles tasks smoothly. * Good customer service skills and proficiency in Finnish – work is performed at client premises during their opening hours. * B-driver's license, driving ability is a plus – work is located in the Haaga area, and travel between sites is by your own or the client’s vehicle. * Good work ethic – work is independent, and you are responsible for your own work quality. * Reliability – we trust you as an employee, and we hope you trust us as your employer.
