OPS Specialist

OPS Specialist responsible for incident management and IT system partnerships in a multi-supplier environment. Part of a 9-person IT team including technical product owners, specialists, a project manager, OPS Lead and a Tech Lead. The system landscape is large with legacy components; the team works at the cutting edge to deliver new technologies to services and production. Hybrid work model with on-site at least two days per week, primarily in Tuusula, with occasional work at the Helsinki office. Responsibilities include maintaining and developing systems to support business processes, small-scale development, specification, documentation and testing in collaboration with business stakeholders, incident analysis, resolution and root cause analysis, coordinating IT partners and subcontractors, ensuring production continuity and analyzing deviations together with the OPS Lead, and participating in system development initiatives and projects. Requirements include basic understanding of ERP or SAP production processes and integrations, knowledge of incident management and support for critical systems, analytical and consistent problem-solving abilities, fluent Finnish and English, proactive attitude and willingness to expand technical expertise across multiple systems. Nice-to-haves include experience in supply chain or wholesale order-to-delivery processes, understanding IT architecture and multisupplier environments, experience in developing IT services for retail/wholesale, and skills in leveraging AI or automation in IT operations.
