Office and Support Service Worker - Kototiimi Oy - Kaarina, Finland

We are now looking for this person for us. The Kototiimi team is growing rapidly – and we need a growth enabler. Currently, Kototiimi has two care homes (see www.kototiimi.fi). A third will open in October and a fourth in February. As we grow, the number of people, clients, invoices, systems, and shared practices also increases. Therefore, we need a new key person for our office – someone who keeps the overall picture under control. In this role, you are not just part of the office. You are its heart. What does your work involve? Your main responsibility is customer invoicing and developing a somewhat different sales invoicing process. You ensure that invoicing is accurate, timely, and of high quality. Precision is not a burden for you but a way of working. You also support the invoicing team. You train, advise, and develop operations together with others. We want the team’s skills to grow – not just one person’s. When invoicing deadlines allow, you will also participate in other tasks. You might organize practical matters at the office, coordinate support services, assist with tender attachments, or help at the care home if extra hands are needed. However, you will not perform care work but may help at events or contribute to creating a pleasant coffee break experience for clients.
