Soluta Care's team is growing in Pirkanmaa. We are looking for warm, dedicated, and passionate childcare workers for temporary home care for families with children. This is a gig-based position in Tampere and surrounding areas. Work primarily takes place in the child's own home, in a familiar and safe environment. Our task is to provide personalized and heartfelt childcare of high quality. Our team is looking for someone who loves working with children and is ready to offer the best possible help and support with a caring heart and enthusiasm. We emphasize respectful, quality, and unhurried work in everything we do. As a childcare worker, you will assist and support the family according to their wishes and needs in their daily life. The work may also include light household tasks. The position is gig-based. Our goal is to assign a permanent caregiver to each child.
