Job Description
Salonki Travels is a full-service Destination Management Company (DMC) located in the stunning region of Ruka-Kuusamo. We specialize in creating unforgettable travel experiences for our guests, offering a variety of accommodation, meals and activities in the heart of the Finnish wilderness. Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will thrive in an international environment and possess the skills necessary to manage the demands of the fast-paced tourism industry. In this role, you will support both international bookings and the growing segment of domestic bookings. Key Responsibilities: -Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners in the tourism industry showcasing product knowledge and sales promotion as well as coordination and cooperation with local partners. -Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and during the stay of the guests. -Take responsibility for booking and coordinating domestic FIT and group travel, ensuring smooth communication and high-quality service delivery. -Handle inquiries, bookings, and client communications efficiently. -Support the planning and execution of group programs in collaboration with internal teams and local suppliers. -Knowledge of local and international markets. -Stay informed about local attractions and services to enhance guest experience.
