Job Description
Pohjamonni Oy is seeking 10 forest berry pickers for the 2026 harvest season. The work involves picking wild berries such as cloudberry, bilberry, and lingonberry in Northern Finland. The job is outdoor, physical, and requires moving in forest terrain. Training will be provided. The work is scheduled for summer and early autumn 2026, with exact dates to be agreed upon in a written contract. Workers will be paid at least 10.59 €/h from May 1, 2026, according to the collective agreement, including a minimum skill supplement. The employer covers transportation, provides necessary equipment, and arranges accommodation if needed. Suitable candidates are prepared for outdoor work, can move in forest terrain, follow instructions, and work in varying weather. Previous experience is an advantage but not required.
