We are seeking a fund manager for our direct equity investments team. The role suits an analytical thinker who builds justified views and wants to develop in long-term, quality-focused investing. The team manages a significant European equity portfolio with a long-term, company quality-based approach, investing in companies with sustainable competitive advantages, strong business models, and the ability to create value over the long term. The work rhythm is analytical, not reactive. As a fund manager, you will analyze and select companies within a shared strategy framework, including meetings with company management, in-depth analyses, active team sparring, and participation in investment process development.
