Asphalt workers wanted for Uusimaa! We are looking for skilled asphalt workers for the summer of 2026 for projects of our client companies in the Helsinki metropolitan area and more broadly in Uusimaa. Are you a professional in the field and ready to improve roadways? Apply now! Your tasks will include various asphalt-related duties depending on the work site and your experience. Tasks may include shoveling asphalt mix, raking, compaction, asphalt milling, as well as repair and patching work. If you also have skills as a screed machine or roller operator, let us know, and you may perform those tasks as well. Working hours may vary, so we expect flexibility regarding working times and the possibility to work evenings or nights. We are looking for someone with previous experience in asphalt work and the following: Ability to perform physical work and longer working days if needed, B driver's license (C and E licenses are an advantage), Valid occupational safety card, fire safety card, and Tieturva 1, Finnish language skills, Good teamwork skills. Having access to a car is an advantage but not essential for the role. This is a valuable opportunity to do diverse and rewarding work! You will receive a salary according to the asphalt sector collective agreement, ranging from €12.32/h to €19.56/h depending on your experience and skills.
