Arvoises Oy has a new position available working with children and young people with disabilities and special support needs, as well as young adults requiring individual support. The work is mainly outside the client's home a few hours a week, in close cooperation with the client's relatives. This is a job where no two days are the same! The role emphasizes guidance and is very independent. It is also possible to work in our short-term care units in Seinäjoki or Kauhajoki, and we hope you are prepared to work in these units if needed. We also consider your healthcare skills or other expertise as applicable. The position requires courage, diligence, experience, and insight into a good life for people with disabilities, creativity, strong interaction skills, and adaptability to the individual needs of different clients. Enthusiasm and joy should be visible and audible! Knowledge of alternative communication methods and understanding of neuromonitoring are beneficial. You may also have the opportunity to utilize your personal interests in client work. A driver’s license is essential; you may not need your own car to perform the job. This is a great opportunity to help create a new Arvoises operational model for services for clients with special needs. You will be a key part of enabling participation for many people. Since clients have diverse needs, qualification requirements include a Practical Nurse, Sosionom, or Nurse education. Salary will reflect your education and experience. This is a new position. The employment contract is initially until December 31, 2026, with the possibility of permanent employment thereafter. Probation period.
