About the role

The chief physician will be responsible for the operation of mental health and addiction services across the Keusote area. The role includes strong involvement in financial planning and personnel resources in collaboration with the service manager. You will not work alone, as you are part of the results area leadership team together with other chief physicians, a coordinating supervisor, and nursing supervisors. Continuous service improvement and staff wellbeing are development priorities. Keusote emphasizes broad collaboration between services, supported by chain management. The Welfare Region supports training and enables participation in research activities under the guidance of its Research, Development and Innovation unit.
