Air Source Heat Pump Installer / Refrigeration Installer - Nordic JobCentre Oy - Oulu, Finland

We are looking for an experienced air source heat pump installer / refrigeration installer for our client company. We seek a candidate who can work independently, take responsibility, and solve challenging situations autonomously. The job includes independent installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair, as well as onboarding new installers. Additionally, you will handle complaints (training provided) and serve as an example in work quality and standards. The main work sites include: * Detached houses * Private customer sites * Installation of air source heat pumps * Maintenance * Troubleshooting * Repairs We expect: * At least 3 years of experience in installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing air source heat pumps * Ability to work independently * Valid refrigeration license (less than 3 kg of refrigerant) * Careful workmanship and tidy work habits * Customer service orientation and good communication skills Experience in team leadership or supervisory roles is considered an advantage.
