We work on condition surveys, assessments, and various technical building investigations, giving clients a clear picture of the condition of their properties and valuable information for maintenance and upkeep. We are now looking for a customer service coordinator to support us in customer service and marketing tasks and to help ensure smooth customer contacts. Job Description: The customer service coordinator's duties include customer communication, order confirmations, and invoicing. We hope you have an interest in social media, as the role involves updating and developing our social channels and light marketing tasks based on your skills. This role offers an opportunity to develop your skills and participate in marketing development. Previous experience in similar tasks is an advantage, but we provide comprehensive onboarding. Working hours and location: The position is full-time (40 hours per week) and based at our office in Tampere during normal weekday working hours.
