Job Description
Join us in shaping how software is built – not just how it is tested. We are evolving our DevOps Center of Excellence into a DevEx-driven engineering enablement function, building the platform, practices, and standards that define how software is developed at scale. We are looking for a Test Automation Specialist who wants to move beyond traditional testing and instead enable built-in quality across 160+ teams. Join us to make an impact at enterprise scale - shaping the future of our DevEx platform and defining quality engineering practices at If. You’ll combine hands-on work with the opportunity to influence how teams build and deliver software across the organization. Design and implement scalable automated testing approaches across functional and non-functional test types (API, UI, Accessibility, Performance). Build and evolve automation frameworks, templates, and reusable components. Collaborate with teams and tech leads, providing hands-on support to strengthen their quality engineering setup. Build and enhance organization-wide telemetry to generate actionable quality insights.
