The Legal & Integrity Process Architect is responsible for analyzing, managing, and continuously improving legal workflows through technology and process optimization. Acting as a bridge between Legal and IT, this role drives end-to-end process efficiency, digital transformation, and sustainable adoption across the legal function. Key responsibilities include process management and strategy, technology and solution design, change management and adoption, continuous improvement, collaboration and leadership, and ensuring compliance and governance. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Economics, IT, Business Process Management, Law or related field, with 5+ years’ experience in digital transformation, process optimization, or technology-driven operations. Proven experience with enterprise technology platforms, process design, automation, and system integration is required. Experience in leading digital initiatives, change management, stakeholder engagement, and project management certification (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) is a plus.
