Job Description
Tampere University and Tampere University of Applied Sciences form Finland's second largest multidisciplinary, inspiring, and impactful research and learning community. We are seeking a Vice Rector at Tampere University to strengthen strategic leadership and develop education nationally and internationally from 1.1.2027 to 31.12.2031. The Vice Rector will lead the university's education activities and strategic development, ensure high quality education, collaborate closely with the Rector and other Vice Rectors, monitor international education trends and national policies, promote student well-being and internationalization, participate in leadership teams, and represent the university in key networks. The position is full-time, fixed-term, based in Tampere.
