Property Maintenance Technician / Electrician Kuusamo

The position combines property maintenance and electrical work in Kuusamo. The role includes maintenance of customer properties and electrical tasks such as minor repairs, technical upkeep of buildings, and exterior area maintenance, carried out in collaboration with the team. The split is approximately 60% property maintenance and 40% electrical tasks. The employment starts as soon as a suitable candidate is found. Weekly working hours range up to 37.5 hours. Summer shifts are on weekdays 08:00–16:00 and winter shifts 07:00–15:00, with on-call duties possible by separate agreement. We offer a thorough onboarding and a great team; pay is negotiable based on experience and skills. Requirements include a basic or professional qualification in property maintenance and/or previous experience in property upkeep, at least 2 years of electrical experience, good Finnish (spoken and written), and a B driver's license.
