Service Owner (Travel and Event Services) - Verohallinto

As a service owner, I am responsible for the content, prioritization, development, management, and monitoring of my services, as well as owning the processes necessary for their delivery (travel), including application ownership of related systems. The tasks of a senior financial specialist include: - Defining the service content and procedures, as well as the related resource needs - Setting the service objectives, metrics, and service levels with target levels and monitoring their achievement, including prioritization if necessary - Reporting on the operation of the services and achievement of goals - Drafting regulations related to the service and ensuring the timeliness of more detailed instructions - Communication and training related to the service - Collaboration with partners and government actors involved in service delivery, as well as monitoring and implementing development trends in the area - Defining and monitoring risks and control points related to the service - Ensuring the functionality, content, and operational development of applications necessary for service delivery - Handling and resolving customer feedback, including creating, analyzing customer satisfaction surveys, and defining necessary actions - Coordinating cooperation networks related to the service within the Tax Administration - Participating in the work of the Financial Services unit management.
